The playoff picture is beginning to brighten as several teams posted significant wins (and losses) in Week 14. At the other end of the spectrum, we have Houston holding on tight to the #1 overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft. What will happen? Nobody knows.
John Spiggle went 13-3 in Week 14 to take a huge 3-game lead over Chris Van Horn. Chris, along with Cody and Dan all went 9-7 as John jumped over Chris. Unanimous picks in Week 14 went 5-2.

NFL WEEK 15 STAFF PICKS
THURSDAY 12/12, 8:30PM, NFL: SAN DIEGO CHARGERS at DENVER BRONCOS
CODY CLEMENT: So I picked against Phil Rivers last week and go figure it bit me in the ass. However, this week I am going to pick against him again and it will not matter because the Broncos are a well oiled machine at the moment. Broncos win.
DAN PLUTA: Well, Denver has locked up a playoff spot, but they’ll want to keep moving towards homefield advantage. San Diego is sitting 8th in the playoff race at 6-7 and desperately needs a win to help stay alive. Unfortunately, Denver has the best passing offense in the league and San Diego is 28th against the pass. Denver Broncos should win this easily.
JOHN SPIGGLE: The Chargers put up a valiant fight in the first matchup between these two teams back in early November, but ultimately the Denver offense and defense combined to be too much for them to handle. I expect that to be the case yet again this time around in Denver, but perhaps even more so. Broncos get the win, and head into the last two weeks of the season on extended rest.
CHRIS VAN HORN: After the crushing loss to the Patriots three weeks ago, the Broncos have responded by winning their last two while racking up over 1,000 total yards in two games. Yikes. They can smell the AFC’s top seed right now and with the Patriots only a game back they have to keep the pedal to the metal. San Diego kept their slim playoff hopes alive with a win over the Giants, but I think their postseason dreams come to an end. Denver wins.
